  3. PORTANTO, O QUE É CAPITAL SOCIAL? Não é a soma das instituições presentes em uma sociedade mas, sim, a matéria que as mantêm unidas. coesão social Produz e depende de projeto comum confiança mútua PNUD/ Banco Mundial

  4. COMO O CAPITAL SOCIAL ATUA • estabelece uma “cultura da confiança”. (Putman) • cria capacidade de • negociação, • de participação social, • e de construção da identidade social • facilita o desenvolvimento com sustentabilidade PNUD/ Banco Mundial

  5. CONDIÇOES PARA O CAPITAL SOCIAL É um bem intangível -- ( mas processo que se retroalimenta) Demanda competência técnica Demanda compromisso social Demanda continuidade = sustentabilidade Demanda fluidez de comunicação e transparência PNUD/ Banco Mundial
