If solicited published in the NIH Guide to Grants and Contracts as: • RFA – Request for Applications – one receipt date and funds set aside to funds • PA – Program Announcement • PAS – Program Announcement with funds set aside • PAR – Program Announcement reviewed by the Institutes not CSR
