The numbers of women CEOs are rising in larger revenues associations but the numbers of women CEOs in non-profit membership organizations has not risen significantly. Women make up 50.6 percent of the workforce in management and professional.

  11. Significant Points • The prevalence of women in non-profits has not increased substantially, rising only from 26% to 29% overall. But figures indicate that women are beginning to move into CEO positions in larger revenue associations in unprecedented numbers.
