Arid Zone Research Institute site • Links to the Desert Knowledge Precinct and the Alice Springs Airport, utilising recycled water from the nearby Soil Aquifer Treatment (SAT) Project and proximity to waste water treatment. • An Area Plans has been prepared for public exhibition and land servicing studies have commenced. • The AZRI site could provide approximately 4100 dwellings
