Article 15 Freedom to choose an occupation and right to engage in work Agreement with INPS (Italian National Institute of Social Security),in advance of national provisions, with the aim of speeding up CIGO (ordinary redundancy fund) procedures. Support for workers via the Cassa Integrazione Straordinaria (extraordinary redundancy fund), with a view to vertical subsidy by the State and horizontal subsidy through local partnerships (banks, associations, trade unions and other organisations).
