2. Office of the USAG-Schweinfurt CSM TIME, DATE AUTHORIZED YARD SALE I understand items purchased at this event are between the seller and myself. I further understand that there are two Community wide Yard Sales held on Askren Manor twice a year, one in the spring and once in the fall. USAG-Schweinfurt or the Government is not responsible for or will be held liable, accountable or pursued for any property damaged, sold, or stolen during this event. Military transportation will not be utilized to transport items for sale or purchase at this event; without prior approval of the Garrison Manager. Signage is not to exceed 11 inches by 8.5 inches standard printer paper placed inside a document protector. No more than two signs placed in a location that will not obstruct traffic or daily operations/activities. Solicitation is limited to: public bulletin boards (i.e. CMRs, AAFES, DECA) provided you are granted permission from those agents. Signs are permitted on yard stakes not to exceed 18 inches high and 6 inches in width. All items/articles are removed from the event site not later than 2 hours after event closure time. Military property/equipment (i.e. CTA 50) will not be sold unless seller has a receipt of purchase for the article/item. The event will not interfere with traffic flow or neighbor activities.
