Member Management System
Direct Pay for Chapters www.jayceemember.com - Chapter Home Page When a chapter leader logs into JayceeMember.com they will be directed to their Chapter Home Page

You will notice 2 new status categories on the month displays: Pending Renewed and Pending New - Membership Processing Page Click on Membership Processing and you will see the members due for that specified month. To Renew members, they must have a unique email address. You can click on Add Email or their name and add an email address.

- Membership Processing Page Once the email is entered, you can click on the check box under R to renew the member. Then click on Save and Hold.

- Membership Processing Page You will now see a reminder that until the renewal is paid for, they are only Pending members. To make the payment, click on Payment button.

- Payment Page This will take you to a payment page to confirm the amount and description of the payment. Click on Submit Payment to confirm.

- Payment Page The next page you will be able to select either pay by Credit Card Or Use your Checking account to make the payment

- Membership Processing Page To show another example of processing an entire month and making one payment.

- Membership Processing Page Mark all the renewals for the month And then click on the Save and Hold button below the list.

- Chapter Home Page If you go back to the Chapter Home Page, you will see a number in the Pending Renewed for February 2013 now. Pending Numbers are not calculated in the active stats until they are paid for.

- Membership Processing Page When you add a New Member, it appears on the Membership Process Page They are also Pending Members until payment is made.

- Chapter Home Page If you go back to the Chapter Home Page, you will see a number in the Pending New for February 2013 now. Pending Numbers are not calculated in the active stats until they are paid for. If you click on the number below Pending New, you will see who is pending.

Here you can see the new members that are pending payment - Membership Processing Page Return to the Membership Processing page, and click on the Payment button…

- Chapter Home Page The payment page will show you the amount due and the members and if they are being Renewed or are a New Member Add.
