Geometry Class Plan: Midpoints, Homework, and Clean-Up Reminders

  3. SAT Problem – Midpoints Points X and Y are the endpoints of a line segment, and the length of the segment is less than 25. There are five other points on the line segment, R, S, T, U, and V, which are located at distances of 1, 3, 6, 10, and 13 units, respectively, from point X. • Which of the points could be the midpoint of XY?

  4. Work • Unit 3 test is tomorrow (1, 2) or Friday (5, 7). • Make a 3”x5” note card, which may include • theorems • postulates • definitions • formulas • words of encouragement • pictures of cute baby animals  • For Monday:Asg #24 (Ch. 3 Algebra Review)
