  1. Chapter 7 The Magic Flute Sang’s search Read pages 27 till 30.

  2. Page 27 Lin came back to the palace angrily without the golden bird. Now, it is Sang’s turn to try to catch the golden bird. He will do the same steps that his brothers did. (the boy with the flute, the bag of jewels, …………)

  3. Page 28 Sang saw a boy (Chang) playing the flute, and people and animals were listening to him. Sang saw the golden bird, singing with Chang’s music. Sang told Chang to give him the golden bird, and take a bag of jewels. Chang played the flute, the bird came down to him, so he gave it to Sang.

  4. Page 30 Sang tied a piece of string round the golden bird’s neck & started his journey back to the palace happily. Sang & the bird heard the sound of Chang’s flute, so the bird broke the piece of string & flew back to the forest.

  5. Read Chapter 7 again. Answer the story workbook pages 14 & 15.
