  4. Diet(food) • They eat…fruit, leaves, seeds, flowers, honey, insects, eggs, birds, and small mammals. • They are omnivores

  5. Young(offspring) • When born the baby chimp weighs about4 pounds • For the next few years the baby chimp gets a ride on the mom • Give birth at 11-10 years old

  7. How many are left • Estimated there are about 150,000 left.

  8. Reason it is endangered • Farmers cutting down their habitat for farm land
