IEFC 21-Aug-2009 • I reported on the measurement of the RF bypasses, stating that we don’t have indication of a conceptual weakness. It was decided to lift the self-imposed ban to limit intensity for n-TOF. • Simone gave a full report of issues treated in FOM over the last 2 months; the only RF issue repeated here were problems with PSB C02, which as M. Haase confirms were minor. • L. Bruno detailed the Isolde robot issues. • Preparing for the retreat, Y. Kadi gave an HIE-Isolde resource estimate: For the 5 years of phase I (replacement of Rex by a SC Linac), 89 FTEy and 27 MCHF are estimated for the Linac and Infrastructure, 40 FTEy and 2.7 MCHF Safety and the DS of Phase II. 1st IRF Meeting
