This design project focuses on creating an effective dog supply organizer for Petco & Co, targeting dog owners. The system aims to declutter spaces where dog-related items like brushes, leashes, and toys are stored. The team has established norms to ensure timely progress and collaboration, including weekly updates and collective decision-making. The timeline outlines key dates for evaluations, sketches, and final presentations. The design will ensure that all items are accessible while freeing up valuable floor space in closets and utility rooms.

Team norms! • Team norms • Set due dates must be met within two days. • Each due date set within group must be reasonable and consensual. • Post an update- as to progress- at least once a week. • No design decision is to be made without consent of the whole group by vote. • No ideas are dumb. Any and all ideas are welcome. • All questions are welcome. • Every member must participate in the project. • We should find each other strengths and such. EX: that if someone is better at sketching we will let them do that. Someone’s better at inventor they do more of the building. Or proofing and editing. • HAVE FUN!!! • Consequences if norms are not met • If deadlines are not met first there will be a group intervention (email), then members talk with Mrs. Stracina, last, kicked out of group • If dates are not reasonable they will be discussed and reset • If you do not post an update the team will assume you are not working and will begin the steps of intervention listed above. • If ideas are insulted there will be intervention. • If a decision is made without consent then consequences will be equal to those of missed deadlines. • Exceptions: • Illness: if ill the dates will be moved back the number of days absent • Miscommunication: if you do not understand a group decision ask questions and decision will be explained or reconsidered.
