New Design of Direct Payments- Cross Compliance - • Merging Cross-Compliance Rules (Direct payments, wine, rural development) into a single legal instrument • Thematic list of standards, integrating SMRs and GAEC • Reduction to 13 Statutory Management Requirements (from 18) and 8 standards for „Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions “ (from 15)
