This Working Group Outbrief Template serves to facilitate discussions among panel members regarding their experiences and perspectives within the GEOSS framework. Each panelist is encouraged to address topics such as the current state of practice in Earth observations, key leverage points for advancing participation, and enablers that can foster collaboration among stakeholders. The findings aim to level-set the playing field for all participants interested in contributing to the goals of the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS).
