  2. CHS CHOIR BOOSTERS Who are the Boosters? • Current Board • Karla Martin – President • Donna McQuain– President – Elect • Nichole Bentley – Vice President • Treasurer • Lian Loop – Secretary • Over 90 members already this year with a goal of 150! • We support the choir program!

  3. CHS CHOIR BOOSTERS How we plan to help this year! • Fundraise! We hope to raise over $15K this year! This money will be used to sponsor three (3) college scholarships and to gift to our directors for capital purchases! • Process over $175K in fees, trip payments, fundraising, and more! • Provide and manage volunteers for the numerous concerts, trips and events throughout the year including: • Competition trips • 4 Regular Season concerts • Special shows including our Madrigal Feast, Talent Show, and Show Choir Shows! • Choir Banquet in May 2014 • Varsity and Respira Trips

CHS CHOIR BOOSTERS What have Boosters accomplished so this year? • Supported or planned • New Choir Website • Full Service Sessions (2) • Student Fundraiser – Fall Pansies! • Student Fundraiser - Sponsorship • General Fundraisers - Smashburger Coupon Sales (Booster Fundraiser) & Raffle • Assisted Directors with processing, forecasting and tracking of funds, over $70K to date! • Developed long-term goals for General Fundraising

CHS CHOIR BOOSTERS Financial Information • General Booster Club Funds • Income: • Membership Fees • Restaurant Nights, Raffles, Taste Testings and more • Logo Merchandise Sales • Corporate Donation Program (planned) • Expense: • Scholarships • Student Support • Hospitality • Supplies • Benevolence Fund • Supplement Director determined programs/events • Fund Director-determined Capital acquisitions.

CHS CHOIR BOOSTERS We need you! • The success of the boosters depends on you and on each of its members! • We have volunteer opportunities to fit all time commitments! • Our opportunities include single event support and leadership. • Please contact one of the board members today to volunteer and make a change in the lives of our choir students!
