Correlation of Amino Acid Usage and Expression Scores in HEB Analysis

This study investigates the correlation between the S/C score and HEB score in relation to amino acid usage percentages. We focus on essential amino acids such as tryptophan, methionine, histidine, and cysteine, among others. Using Spearman's rank correlation (rS), we analyze how variations in amino acid composition relate to expression levels. This comprehensive analysis aims to unravel the interconnectedness of amino acid utilization and gene expression patterns, which could have implications in nutritional genetics and metabolic research.
