  2. How Staff Web Access Works Look-up and edit student name records online Register students for classes anywhere Apply payments via credit card, check and cash View course information and rosters as a “Super Instructor” Contact students in a course

Staff Web Access Set-Up Must have ACEweb version .048 Must have special templates in ACEweb directory including “Managerweb” Visit the SM Help Guide on the ACEware website for more information Contact your ACEware Technician for assistance. Look up and Register Students for Classes/Programs ● Log in using your Student Manager User credentials ● Search for a student and you will be logged in as that particular student ● Enroll in courses and view student history ● Quick Pick registration  ● Edit student name records ● View student’s proxy registrations they have registered in the past

Applying Payments to Registrations ● Multiple payment options for the SM User ● Pay by credit card, cash, or check • Customers never see cash or check option when going online, only SM Staff Users see those options. ● Payments are completed online so users do not have to be logged into Student Manager. ● The Student Manager Cash Box report will display SM User names on the report.

Viewing Course Information ● View Rosters for any course ● View Course Details, e.g. description, enrollment numbers, number of sessions, instructors, etc. ● Export Roster Data to Excel Spreadsheet or PDF document ● If you have the Attendance Tracking Module, this will be the place where you may track attendance online. ● Ability to view information on cancelled courses ● Contact students in a class by email
