This update addresses key issues within the TX SET framework, including the misuse of the CSA By-Pass flag by Customer Representatives (CRs) without established Customer Service Agreements (CSAs). Important new issues are introduced, such as the need for indicators on enrollment responses and usage transactions for Advanced and Master Meters (I077), and the establishment of the REF~JH~I designation for Distributed Renewable Generation (I078). The change control process is outlined, noting approvals, nullified controls, and upcoming discussions. The TX SET meeting is scheduled for June 17-18.
