Issues Under Review • I075 – CSA-By Pass flag is being used by CRs when they do not have a CSA established • Language in the 814_24 Move-out guide states: “The owner of CSA could use the code to de-energize a premise (Only if the CSA REP is also the REP of Record at the time of the Move-Out effective date).”
Which By-pass Flag was used?2W (CSA By-pass) or B44 (Remove meter)?
New Issues • I077 – Add an indicator to enrollment response and usage transactions to indicate presence of an Advanced Meter and or Master Meter • I078 – Establish that the REF~JH~I (“Ignore Loop”) is designated for Distributed Renewable Generation monthly out-flow only

Distributed Renewable Generation Draft RMGRR • Draft RMGRR was emailed out to TX SET and PWG list serves on May 22 requesting comments • Original goal was to submit the RMGRR by June 17th for RMS vote on July 9th • The schedule has been postponed due to the DG Task Force reconvening to resolve how to handle IDR metering for DRG <50 KW • DGTF to meet on June 24th at ERCOT
