PREVENTIVE MEASURES

This document outlines preventive measures regarding the outage of trunk lines between the UP and BBMB systems. The affected 400 kV lines include Dadri–Panipat, Dadri–Malerkotla, Bassi–Hissar, Bawana–Hissar, and Bawana–Bhiwani. Anticipated consequences include a reduction of generation in the UP system and an increase in the BBMB system. Load reduction will be implemented in the BBMB system, and power may be exported to WR and ER. Support will be sought from hydro units at BBMB, Chamera, and RSD.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES • Outage of Trunk Lines between UP and BBMB systems In the event of the above contingency, • Generation in UP system may be reduced and in BBMB system may be increased. • Load reduction to be carried out in BBMB system. Power may be exported to WR / ER. • Support from hydro units at BBMB, Chamera and RSD.
