Explore the design and testing process of a rotary filling module for Frito-Lay's variety snack sacks. From planning the module configuration and dimensions to testing the output flow and sealing methods, this project aims to enhance efficiency and capacity. Mock-up module design plans are completed, with successful test runs of 24-count, 42-count, and 8-count sacks. Future production includes 6-count test sacks.
