  12. Deleting the print file • If a user is experiencing a problem with printing in his or her Reckon Online account, then another thing to do is delete the print file • The print file may have become corrupt, and deleting it can resolve any printing issues

  21. “Username or password incorrect” • Importance of distinguishing between credentials for QuickBooks Hosted and credentials for the company file • Correct Username format • Preceding QBI\ (not /) • Password Reset – “it’s not letting me in”
