  5. AND RESEARCHING SPARC/Talent Search will help you research what you need to accomplish in order to prepare for future training and education. You will learn where to get the financial aid you need to attend the college or training program of your choice.

  6. Careers There are over 20,000 CAREERS from which to choose. Talent Search/SPARC helps you become aware of the many alternatives open to you.
