Timeline: IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction Spring 2013 February 15 Receive Fall 2012 IDEA results (if you used the paper form, you will receive a paper form; if you used the online option, you will access a PDF online) Tip for paper users: scan your paper diagnostic report as soon as you receive it and save for your records March 4 – 24 Window open to select Paper or Online survey preference for Spring 2013 courses May 2 or May 1 – 10 Window closes for IDEA form completion paper or online. Deadline for undergraduates: May 2; Deadline for graduate students: May 1 – 10 Default option: PAPER form (based on Academic Council decision) April 18 Evaluation window opens for students to access online surveys April 10 Receive your forms (paper or online). Paper packets distributed. Online unique course URLs distributed (goes live on April 18) April 11 - 17 Window opens for Faculty to add additional questions to Online Surveys and complete FIF (additional questions may be added before student window opens on April 18, but the FIF may be completed until the last date your students’ window is open for surveys.)
