  4. TEAM STRATEGY • Do all of my work down at the district level • Build the regional government’s capacity to plan and analyze data. (so it can know it’s own region and the field realities) • Build the voice of the regional government to direct development partners

  5. 2. Building RPCU Planning Capacity • Working on harmonizing district level plans • Observing trends in district level implementation and doing higher level refinement • Moving into a more supporting role for District Assemblies

  6. 3. Directing Development Partners • Meetings in Accra (capital city) with BIG donors – UNICEF, World Bank, CIDA • Increased voice at development partner meetings • Influencing papers to share field realities • Increasing our partner’s voice – innovative district report cards
