  1. *Countries that produced 2 or more documents after 2007 were chosen. Ethiopia, Guinea, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Sierra Leone, South Africa produced 2 documents. Others produced 3 to 4 documents.

  2. *Namibia is a PfCC 2 country

  3. Note that Before 2007 Maldives produced zero reports and Philippines produced only one Report. This could imply that there are more disasters happening in these countries after 2007.

  4. *Both countries PfCC1 member from 2006 to 2009. Indonesia data till 2011, Philippines data till 2010. Both countries continue to the invoke CC+GW.

  5. *Countries member of PfCC2 from Dec 2009 to Jun 2011. Only one data point for ‘after PfCC2’. However, number of data points for ‘before PfCC2’ ranges from 6 to 13.
