  2. Cyber Security • Increased level of encryption on Mainframe • Implementation of SANS 20 Critical Controls • Encryption of backend databases • Reviewing options on log correlation

  3. Network & Telecom • Replace TACACS and RADIUS authentication environment • RFP for voice & video services including SIP trunking

  4. Shared Application Services • Upgrade/replace our application firewalls (apache modsecurity) • Upgrade/replace our load balancing (Cisco Ace Modules) • Upgrade/replace our proxy servers (apache reverse proxy)

  5. PeopleSoft • Implementation of supplier contracts management • Further rollout of time & labor module • Further rollout of travel & expense module • Implementation of P-card module • Upgrade of Hyperion • Transition of SYSPRO financials to PeopleSoft financials

  6. IN.GOV • RFP for IN.GOV management, services, and hosting • Design of a new IN.GOV • Implementation of new IN.GOV mobile application • New revenue generating services

  8. GIS • Acquisition and distribution of statewide orthoimagery and LiDAR • Creation of broadband service area maps • Support of the IndianaMap
