  9. GRA 2.0 Greater Functionality More Transparency

  10. Overview of Changes • Simplified Layout • Removed confusing duplicate links • Removed excess old data from view • Easier to find requests needing action • More Transparency • Increased reporting • Notes for allocation change • Non-ARRA request more tied to budget • Easier to keep track of balance

  11. Funding – Programs Page

  12. Allocation Balance • At top of each request page for ARRA, Non-ARRA, and Ed Jobs

  13. Non-ARRA Request Changes • Jobs reporting is still NOT required • Should track better with budget lines • Broken into 7 categories • Some grants will use fewer • If a category does not appear, it was not considered allowable. Please contact your grant’s coordinator for questions • If travel costs for professional development are budgeted and tracked with your professional development costs, they can be reported together

  14. Reporting • Grant Activities Report - Useful to show change in grant balance over time at high level. • Allocation Summary Report – Useful to see an overview of all current allocations for your district/charter school and export to Excel • Request Details Report – Useful to see the details of current and old requests and export to Excel

  15. Grant Activity Report

  16. Allocation Summary Report

  17. Find Request Screen • Request Numbers can be found on the Grant Activities Report and on the Request Details Report

  18. Other Notes • Expenditure Cut-Off Dates apply on the grant side • This means all requests should be submitted well before that date itself, preferable before the next to last payment before the grant closes. • If you receive an login error with several letters and numbers mixed, use the lost password link to reset your password
