Police found Wittels to be unresponsive at his Los Angeles home when they responded at noon to a call regarding a possible drug overdose, said Officer Jeffrey Dohlen of the Los Angeles Police Department. A work assistant discovered the 30-year-old Wittels, police said.

  2. Harris Wittels, one of the executive producers of "Parks and Recreation" died at his home Thursday from a possible drug overdose ... TMZ has learned.

  3. Wittels performed stand-up Wednesday night at The Meltdown -- an L.A.comedytheater. During his set he talked about being clean and sober ... and said he was in a good place.

  4. The 30-year-old's body was located by his assistant at around noon, and while there were no signs of trauma, drug paraphernalia was reportedly by his side.
