Understand that Oxford’s Downtown and building stock is historical and most buildings traditionally housed a wide variety of small “Mom & Pop” businesses. Commercial properties have varied square footage and can be simply move-in or fit-out to accommodate the needs of the tenant. Step one

Local Real Estate offices can also be a terrific help for locating property. Once a property is considered a visit with the Borough of Oxford is necessary.
