  3. The new RINA Rules for the Certification of Training and Competency Management’ Set the requirements to fulfill for a voluntary certification Developed in cooperation with V-Ships (Glasgow) In force since the 1st of July 2006 www.rina.org - Together for Excellence

The aim of this certification is to assess a ship operation company’s personnell education system • Courses and training programmes objectives are formally specified • Levels of knowledge, understanding and skills required for the different qualifications are identified • Competence for examination and assessment is clearly defined www.rina.org - Together for Excellence

  5. Two certificates assess compliance with the RINA Rules RINA COMPANY TCMC Certificate PERSONNEL PERSONNEL TCQC Certificate COMPANY PERSONNEL PERSONNEL PERSONNEL PERSONNEL www.rina.org - Together for Excellence

  6.
