This document outlines the various components of the second-grade classroom at Rocklin Elementary, including behavior management strategies such as Schardin Bucks and a treasure box, positive reinforcement practices, and academic procedures. Students are encouraged to complete nightly reading and homework, maintain consistent attendance, and participate in special activities such as “Star Student of the Week.” Alongside core subjects like Reading, Math, and Science, the curriculum emphasizes the California Common Core State Standards. Parents are invited to contribute through volunteering and celebrating classroom milestones.
