  2. Why we are write this? 1.A lot of people should know about a Korea’s endangered animal. 2.Many people don’t know that Long-Tailed Goral is important. 3.We have to make people don’t kill the endangered animal.

  3. Today… Talk about Long-Tailed Goral

  4. What is Long-Tailed Goral? It is one of the Korea’s endangered species. We called it ‘sanyang’ . (산양) It is kind of goat.

  5. What does it look like? Fur: Fur color is very various. Usually lots of fur is short. 다양한 Horn: It is about 78~127 mm. It is very hard and sharp. Tail: It is about 15 cm. 뾰족한 사진출처:네이버 Hoof: It is sharp, and legs are stout. 굵다

  6. Where dose it live? • They live in rugged precipice with rocks of fantastic shape. Ex)Sorak Mountain, Taebaek Mountain 기암절벽 • Their fur color is similar with the cliff, so we can’t find them.

  8. Is it endangered? 1.Long-Tailed Goral is endangered animal. 2.Korean government designate it to one of the endangered species. 지정하다 종(야생동물의 기본 단위) →designate sth as a natural monument 천연기념물로 지정하다

  9. How many are they? More than 700~800 Less than 700~800 The past now There’s no information about the past. But one thing sure, in the past, there was a Long-Tailed Goral more than now.

  10. Why is the animal endangered? 1.They fall down because there is no way to go. Ex) heavy snow or heavy rain. 2.Many people kill or poaching the animal. ex)To get Long-Tailed Goral’s milk. The most big reason is poacher. They poaching a Long-Tailed Goral and use them to make money.

Why should we care? 소중한 1.It is Korea’s valuable asset. 2.If we don’t care the endangered animals, maybe in the futurea lot of animal will be gone. 3.If a Lot of animal is die, ecosystem will destroy. 4.If we don't care about the endangered animal and they began to gone, will be nothing in the Earth. 자산 생태계
