Encountering login errors on DCPDS? This guide explains how to resolve issues stemming from Adobe Acrobat PDF files with digital signatures. The common solution involves removing specific policy certificates. To fix the error, select the Common Policy certificate and click 'Remove', followed by selecting the Entrust Certificate and removing it as well.
