  2. ACCIONES DESARROLLADAS POR LA ADMINISTRACIÓN ACTUAL SITUACIÓN FINANCIERA • PROGRAMA DE SANEAMIENTO FISCAL Y FINANCIERO DEL HOSPITAL DE GUAMAL. El Hospital está categorizado en alto riesgo según la resolución 1438 de 2011 expedida por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. EL Plan que fue Presentado a la Secretaria de Salud el día 09 de Septiembre de 2013, Y al Ministerio para su revisión y aprobación, el cual a la fecha se encuentra pendiente.

PERSONAL IDÓNEO PARA DESARROLLAR ACTIVIDADES Durante el año 2013 se ha orientado los esfuerzos necesarios para brindar una mejor atención a los usuarios, para lo cual se contrató: • Higienista oral. • Cajera servicio de Consulta Externa. • Auxiliar de Enfermería-Sistema de Información y Atención al usuario. 4) Enfermera Jefe 5) Médico General

CUENTAS POR PAGAR • El hospital a la fecha adeuda a los empleados de nomina un total de $97.802.349 a razón de que en el momento de recibir el hospital en abril de 2012 se encontraba cinco salarios atrasados un total de $119.836.167. • Actualmente el hospital cancela a tiempo los pagos de nomina y OPS del personal que se encuentra laborando en el hospital. • Las deudas fueron incluidas en el Programa de Saneamiento Fiscal y Financiero a 30 de junio de 2013.
