We need to do things differently ....... • Invest in creation of a learning environment • Sector collaboration (new combinations) • Longer term focus and strategic dimension • Based on a inclusive and reflective dialogue and two way approach in finding local solutions • Focused at changing attitudes of all actors • Institutionalise facilitation of learning processes
