Champion: Denny Williams Team Leader: SPAWAR Objectives: By 01 May 2010, perform detailed analysis on our COUR requirements against MCMS By 01 June 2010, determine cost and schedule for replacing existing applications with an enhanced version of MCMS. • Deliverables: • Project POA&M with milestones & deliverables identified • Roll-out plan • Identify essential trade offs (i.e. proper balance between programming and documentation during the IT development) • Detailed design document to include: • Architecture • Standard Reports • Data Dictionary • Data Migration and Validation • Business Function Risks & Mitigation of Risk • Governance Plan, Execution and Oversight • Update Existing Test Plan Project Scope Information: Baseline functional requirements contained in COUR Vol II, AIS SC MCMS Gap Analysis Spreadsheet Process Start: Process End: Commandments: DON/DOD/CIO data standards & policies Monuments:
