My Transition Plan: Strengths, Weaknesses, Interests, and Goals

This document outlines my transition plan, detailing my strengths such as art, math, and physical education, alongside my weaknesses, including running and cooking. I discuss my diverse interests in archery, ancient Greek mythology, and video games. My job interests range from graphic design to becoming an Olympic athlete. Educationally, I aspire to attend the Otis College of Art and Design or the Art Institute of California. I also address my independence goals regarding transportation and living arrangements, estimating my desired living expenses.

  2. My Strengths • Art • Photoshop • Math • P.E.

  3. My Weaknesses • Running the mile (I’m still trying to finish under 9 minutes) • Cooking (I always end up burning or overdoing something when I attempt to make something for us to eat aside from corndogs, nuggets, and rice)

  4. Interests • Archery • Ancient Greek Mythology • Swords (look at 1st slide) • The Olympics • Track and field • Video games (Mainly RPG games; for example, Kingdom Hearts) • Italian & American food (I really like Italian food)

  5. Job Interests • Graphic design • Art director • Craft artist • Olympic athlete • Game tester

  6. Educational Goals • I would like to go to either the Otis College of Art and Design (an art school) or the Art Institute of California in San Diego (a graphic design school) in the future.

  7. Independence • The transportation would have to depend on if I have the money either for my own car (when I get one) or public transportation. • I’m thinking of living in a two story house with a good price. • It would cost $80,475.75 for me to live the way I want to live. • Resume is on the next slide.
