Efficient Student Profile Management System

The Student Profile Management System allows users to efficiently maintain and update student particulars. Users can select viewing options such as "All", "Current Year", or "Next Year" to tailor their search. Mandatory fields, indicated in red, ensure essential data like STRN, HKID, or Birth Certificate are captured accurately. Features include adding new students, updating profiles, deleting records while providing warnings about related information, and uploading student photos. The system supports re-admission of past students with necessary basic information input.

  2. Profile / Maintain Particulars Sorted by the link

  3. That Student Particulars Profile / Maintain Particulars • Update a particular student profile.

  4. Only Chinese Character Profile / Maintain Particulars Red are mandatory

  5. Can be navigated STRN, HKID, Birth cert is unique Profile / Maintain Particulars If no STRN, it should have one of HKID, Birth Cert or Ident Doc

  7. Add a new Student Profile / Maintain Particulars • Admit a new student.

  8. Input student basic information Profile / Maintain Particulars

  9. List of Admission Type Profile / Maintain Particulars

  11. Warning Message if STRN is not provided Profile / Maintain Particulars

  12. Only record has not yet been sent in Form B/C/E or departed can be deleted Profile / Maintain Particulars • Delete a student.

  13. Warning Message : Other related information will be deleted Profile / Maintain Particulars

  14. Record is deleted and next student particular is shown Profile / Maintain Particulars

  15. Upload student Photo Profile / Maintain Particulars • Upload a student photo.

  16. Select a 120x150 < 32Kb jepg file Profile / Maintain Particulars

  17. Photo is uploaded Profile / Maintain Particulars

  18. Re-admission of past student Profile / Maintain Particulars • Re-admit a past departed/graduated student. (not happen in the same school year)

  19. Input student basic information Profile / Maintain Particulars

  20. Student is re-admitted for current year Press ESCAPE to return Profile / Maintain Particulars
