Three undergraduate programmes: • BSc (Hons) Building Surveying and the Environment • BSc (Hons) Construction Management and the Environment • BSc (Hons) Environmental Construction Surveying • Common first year • All are 3 year degrees, or 4 years with an optional placement year • All have a research based dissertation project in the final year

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying and the Environment • Triple Accreditation: • Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) • Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) • Association of Building Engineers (ABE) Chartered Building Surveyors’ portfolio includes: Building pathology; Design; Project management; Property management and development Students develop: Practical construction knowledge; Innovation and problem solving abilities; An ability to work successfully with people… Entry points: 300+ UCAS, from A levels, National Diplomas, etc. Above: Students on a year’s placement with the House of Commons Estates

BSc (Hons) Environmental Construction Surveying • Accredited by: • Association of Building Engineers (ABE) ABE Objectives: To promote and advance the knowledge, study and practice of building technology, planning, design, construction, maintenance and repair of the built environment.
