Tahap pertama • Kick off program dimana disana di berikan pengarahan terhadap cara : • Fundamental mental model : • Jujur • Terbuka • Perlu adanya coaching • Dedikasi • Discernment (kepekaan) • God in all things • Membuat spiritual autobiography • Belajar berdoa dengan Examen, Examen ada dua yaitu : • Examen scope of life • Examen in a past day conciousness

How to get most of workout • Gaining interior peace (practice of quiet) • Practicing the presence of God (lectio divina?) • Making a prepatory prayer (short prayer) • Using imagination • Scriptural story and imagine • Using image • Make our request known (connecting our imagination to our daily problem)

  5. First workoutunderstanding our perfection and inperfection Stage 1 : Focus on how God has created you for God’s own delight Exercise...... Stage 2 : involves an acknowledgement of our original goodness Exercise.......

  14. Tujuan : • Meditation on the resurrection of Jesus and a request that God help us to live as Jesus did, in perfect love
