Optimizing Adidas' Distribution: Sedlak’s Strategic Expansion of Apparel and Footwear Operations

In 2006, Adidas acquired Reebok and sought Sedlak's expertise to develop two new distribution facilities for apparel and footwear. Sedlak successfully integrated large-scale operations, creating state-of-the-art facilities supported by a robust operational plan. We designed a warehouse management system (WMS) interface, conducted in-depth planning for consolidation, and provided specifications for material-handling equipment. Our strategic approach ensured seamless operations, comprehensive project management, and an efficient transition to the new distribution centers, positioning Adidas for future success.
