  3. Lessons Learnt • Software available – no “one fits all” • Contacts given high importance by those delivering courses • Standardisation of information difficult to implement when impacts across Faculties/ Services and Institutions

  4. Issues Encountered & (Some) Resolved • Employers / mentors have immediate access to information on employee learning • No easy reference to generic support materials • Reluctance from Employers to invest time • No centralised information about WBL across SURF • Isolation of learners, mentors and employer

  5. Further Work • Managed security of information • Centralised, standardised award/ module information • Developing communities • Enable
