  3. Percentages are used in: • Survey’s • When taking chances/risks • Tax • Profit

  4. Survey’s We use percentages in survey’s to show how many people out of a hundred prefer/choose something or what sort of product you use frequently.

  5. Chance’s’/Risk/Betting When having an operation there is always a risk of something going wrong, depending on how big an operation your getting the risk’s can be more/less frequent. When rolling dice the chance for you to land on four is one in six.

  6. Profit Percentages are used to show how much profit a company makes after taking into account all the money spent (Delivery, packaging, wages etc.) End
