U.S. Property Facility • Coverage for All Risks of Physical Loss or Damage including Flood and Earthquake up to a limit of USD 5,000,000 any one location, USD 10,000,000 any one insured. • Placed 100% with Lloyd’s Underwriters. • Certificate and Wording issued by Houlder Insurance Services Ltd. on behalf of Underwriters, utilizing SLC3 Certificate and LMA3022 Wordings for widest coverage. • Up to 17.5% commission available to U.S. Broker. • Cover available for risks in any State of the U.S.A., certain restrictions apply in specific States on certain perils. • Quotations provided within one working day, assuming full Underwriting information available. • Close working relationship with facility lead Underwriters. • Regular travelers to the U.S.A.

Canadian Property Facility • Coverage for All Risks of Physical Loss or Damage including Flood and Earthquake up to a limit of CAD 5,000,000 any one location. • Placed 100% with Lloyd’s Underwriters. • Certificate and Wording issued by Houlder Insurance Services Ltd. On behalf of Underwriters. • Up to 17.5% commission available to Canadian Broker. • Quotations provided within one working day, assuming full Underwriting information available. • Close working relationship with facility lead Underwriters. • Regular travelers to Canada.

US CAT Facility • Coverage for All Risks of Physical Loss or Damage Including Flood and Earthquake up to a limit of US$ 1,000,000 any one location • Includes Excess Wind or Flood Cover • Placed 100% with Lloyd’s Underwriters. • Certificate and Wording issued by Houlder Insurance Services Ltd. On behalf of Underwriters. • Up to 17.5% commission available to Broker. • Quotations provided within one working day, assuming full Underwriting information available.

  10. US Farm Property Facility • All Risks ex Flood, Quake, Tier 1 and 2 Wind • US$3,500,000 any one building limit, US$ 10,000,000 any one location • Placed 100% with Lloyd’s Underwriters. • Certificate and Wording issued by Houlder Insurance Services Ltd. On behalf of Underwriters. • Up to 15% commission available to Broker. • Quotations provided within one working day, assuming full Underwriting information available.
