  1. Downloading QuestionPro Results to a .CSV File

  2. Step 3 – Download Survey Responses to a Report 1. Click Reports 2. Click the name of the active survey to select the survey on which you want to generate a report 3. Go to Downloadable Excel Report and click Get Started

  3. Step 3 – Download Survey Responses to a Report 4. Scroll down until you reach Raw-Data - .CSV File 5. Select Display Answer Values 6. Click Data Filters 7. Optional: If you have the appropriate subscription level, you can make time filter selections as well. 8. Select Completed from the drop down list for Filter Result 9. Click Download

  4. Step 3 – Download Survey Responses to a Report 10. Wait for the report to finish processing. Click Refresh to see if the report is finished processing.

  6. Step 3 – Download Survey Responses to a Report 12. Click Save After you save the file, you can open it later to view it.
