Who, What, When and Why? • Who: attorneys, law professors, paralegals, and law studentsassisting all US Citizens • What: provides education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety. Lawyers are given the information and professional assistance needed to serve clients successfully and protect the democratic values inherent in the civil justice system. • When: anytime, anywhere • Why: We want to ensure a fair chance to receive justice.

What we Stand for • Anyone who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in an American courtroom, regardless of how powerful the opposing interest. • We emphasize justice and fairness for anyone who has been injured, and is concerned with safeguarding the rights of victims, such as the right to trial by jury. • Therefore: we do not discriminate or belittle any case. we never say no. we are always ensuring safety within the civil justice system. • We Are: The Safe Way
