And improve the document you create • Office contains a collection of media files:- i. Art. ii. Sound iii. Animation and movies That can be used to enhance documents. The Internet, World Wide Web and Intranets. • A widely used browser called Internet Explorer (included in office) can be used to locate and view a web page. • Another method in viewing web page is by using hyperlink. A hyperlinked is coloured or underlined text/graphic that when clicked, connects t another Web page. Excel and the Internet • Using Excel we can create hyperlinks within a worksheet to access other Office documents on the network, an organization’s intranet, or the Internet. • We can save worksheets as static or dynamic Web pages that can be viewed using web browser. i. Static Web pages – cannot be changed by the person viewing it. ii. Dynamic Web pages – can modify the documents using excel. • User can create and run queries to retrieve information from a Web page directly into a worksheet.   16. Creating PowerPoint Slides • In PowerPoint, we create presentation in Normal View. Normal View allows us to view the tabs pane, slide pane and note pane at the same time. • The full window contain the outline tab with the presentation outline, the slide pane displaying the first slide in the presentation and the note pane showing the a note about the presentation.
