PRIs and development delivery structures. Ensuring every individual works for developemnt of self and community Above all Works not for money or remuneration but works for improving overall quality of life and happiness for all.

  6. National Recognition of BNV potential the Chededa Experiment goes national. The Gram Sabha with the Sec RD GoI witnessing, with state Prin. Sec, GoAP, Dist and Mandal Officials. Policy shifts in response to Gram Sabha dialogue with Sec RD of GoI.

The Chededa exp scaled up Training methodology Redesigned Motivational Films Case Studies The Flagship Programs Gender Issues Constitution Provisions – GS,GP & PRIs Sculpting the BNV image --- Legitimizing and Institutionalizing BNV Structure and Role – ALL TRAINING PROGRAMS AT APARD. Training programs for the ETC Faculty, the DTMs, Dist. & Mandal Officials REACHING OUT THROUGH VIDEO-CONFERENCING, DISTANCE MODE TRAINING AND THROUGH DOORDARSHAN.

  8. Second Phase • SCALED UP TO 85 GPs. • Number of BNVs recruited • Number trained • The programs taken up by BNVs in these 85 GPs. Lists category wise, department wise or scheme wise.– innovations,

  9. Third phase taking the movement to 1800 GPs across the mandals of all the 22 districts. No of BNVs No of GPs high lighting inclusivity, gender, SC & ST in the coverage and spread. Structuring the process : involving the ETCs the CEOs the MPDOs the District Collectors. Training through distance mode and the Door Darshan programs in addition to trainings at APARD the BNVs as trainers and leaders of the BNV movement Training programs by lead BNVs, on demand from neighboring villages becomes the norm. APARD encourages with support to such BNV groups.

Come a long way in a short time From…. conceptualising Volunteerism & BNVs to…..BNVs maturing into development and change agents ---accepted by their own village communities and all the structures of Governance and development--. to…..the evolving BNV led perpetual social movement striving for inclusive development, transparent governance and empowerment of the people, engineering innovative initiatives for transformatory socio-economic development.

  11. BNV training Methodology BNV training content BNV content delivery mode now a template for ‘Malayaja’ in PESA areas, ‘UNWomen’ project empowering women leaders, Social Audit professionals training program.

  12. The Promise ? The Future ? A proven instrument of change .. No or low cost… peaceful but powerfully persuasive …connecting the people and government .. critical mass of a highly motivated social force.. Wouldn’t you like to use and strengthen it ?! ! !
