CONCLUSION • Plan for expansion of Fifth Army (ARNORTH) and 470th MI BDE missions. • Manage cross service synchronization of project prioritization. • Evaluate potential for use of Enhanced Use Lease program. • Opportunity to coordinate improvement of traffic management vicinity of the post with local and state governments. • Coordinate construction projects to alleviate congestion and community high water danger areas which include (1) widening Walters Street to prevent congestion at strategic highway program connector access point to post; (2) constructing overpass at railroad tracks on Binz-Engleman; (3) constructing high water bridge on WW White and Holbrook/Petroleum for access to new research park to correct high water flooding danger areas; and (4) alleviate congestion on IH35 corridor with improved access points and allow unobstructed access to medical center and new medical research facilities.
