  7. Choice at each level • Monitor Higher with a view to extending choice • Develop more Access 3 broad-based Courses • Scope existing provision at Access 2 • Continue to build choice at Intermediate levels

Progression • No assumption in planning that each Course will be developed at different levels • Where there is an established need, different levels in same Skills for Work Course will be considered • All Skills for Work Courses may enhance progression to: • Further Education - Group Awards • Higher Education - Group Awards/Degrees • employment/training
